We are Lisa and Louisa, the founders of Always There Providing Care, and between us, we have over 30 years of experience in the care industry. Before starting this company, we worked together as managers of a well-respected organisation, leading teams and supporting countless individuals. But once that venture came to an end, we realised that something was missing—true, heartfelt care that puts people first. In a world where kindness and genuine support can sometimes be hard to find, we wanted to create something different, something better.

That’s why we took the leap and built a company based on the values that matter most—compassion, dignity, independence, and truly client-focused care.
